Hey Team,
I thought that the fitness levels of a number of boys was below par. At this time of the season developing fitness is probably too late but topping them up is still viable. The campaign is short and boys will need to make an effort over the next 2-3 weeks to get the gains that are required for representative level.

Remember to have a goal, keep focused and incorporate enjoyment. Training with a buddy is also an incentive.
