Great links

there arent too many new secrets in rugby, but by just doing the basics better than the opposition will mean a greater chance of winning a game.
There are loads of good clips on the web to help you become a better player here are a few i think you should watch and learn from. But feel free to go on line and search for more info the more you learn as a young player the better you will become.

Fitness Levels

Hey Team,
I thought that the fitness levels of a number of boys was below par. At this time of the season developing fitness is probably too late but topping them up is still viable. The campaign is short and boys will need to make an effort over the next 2-3 weeks to get the gains that are required for representative level.
Below are some good websites to assist with ideas for fitness activities.

Remember to have a goal, keep focused and incorporate enjoyment. Training with a buddy is also an incentive.
Hope all goes well
